Countries we ship to
We have shipped our guitars/guitar parts all over the world, so the list is quite long. We ship to all of Europe, Australia, Japan, South America, and North America. We DO NOT ship to certain countries due to Customs Restrictions such as Italy, Indonesia, or Russia at this time.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the "relic" business, we don't offer refunds on any aged parts or guitars we sell here on our website. That however does not mean we will not work with you to provide the best possible solution to any problems you may have, as quickly as possible! Please simply email us if you have any questions/concerns BEFORE buying any items, and we will answer your questions within 24 hours!! We do accept returns on any NON-AGED items within 15 days of their purchase, as long as they have not been opened/used in any way. We will refund your money (everything minus the shipping) as soon as your item arrives back to us.
